Signs of anxiety and depression surround us, as anxiety and depression are currently plaguing the American society for a whole host of reasons.

These conditions pose a serious problem and threat to people – because feeling hopeless and stressed about life will only paralyze you and completely prevent you from achieving happiness and success in your life.

Here are the signs so that if you or a loved one are experiencing them, you can quickly take action!

Signs of anxiety and depression:

  • Major change in sleeping and eating habits
  • Complaints of aches, pains, and illnesses
  • Weight gain or loss
  • Disinterest in formerly enjoyable activities
  • Feelings of hopelessness
  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Self-injury or threats of self-injury
  • Angry outbursts
  • Crying fits
  • Headaches and stomaches

If you've endured these signs of anxiety and depression or witnessed them in others, then there is great cause for concern. But there is no need to overreact – simply react.
