Do you want to take a stress test? If you live and work in the United States, the odds are probably experience a fairly high level of stress and fatigue.

Maybe you've shrugged it all off – after all, doesn't everyone suffer from these things? Isn't it normal? Isn't stress inevitable? Isn't pressure what motivates one to succeed?


Surprisingly, you can do a great deal to limit and better manage your daily stress.

Spending some time to educate yourself; investing in your own personal knowledge and empowerment, can be a real eye-opener for many who never thought they had an option to curtail stress in their lives.

Once you take a stress test, you can be illuminated about how serious your problem is and maybe be inspired to change your lifestyle as a result.

The truth is that an unhealthy amount of stress does not add to your success, it only makes it impossible to enjoy life and ends up blurring your goals in life, rendering you paralyzed to achieve them.

So take a stress test (below) and see if you have an healthy or unhealthy level of stress in your life!

  1. Do you feel constantly fatigued?
  2. Have you lost or gained weight in a short time period?
  3. Are you constantly working, yet feel you never get anything done?
  4. When you engage in fun or relaxing activities, do you find it difficult to enjoy yourself?
  5. Do you get sick often?
  6. Do you suffer from tension headaches and/or stomach aches?
  7. Has your life lost meaning? Are your daily routines just that, routines, and nothing more?

If you answered “yes” to more than a few of these questions, then you might consider taking some steps to learn more. Chances are if you're reading this article and felt so inclined to take a stress test, you probably already know this! There's good news around the corner however.

There are many techniques you can use to relieve the stress in your life. Outside professional help in the form of therapy and even medication may be of service to you.
